Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of The Exiled Prince (the “Game”), published by Gaming Box Studio. By installing or playing the Game, you agree to these terms. Last updated: June 6, 2026.

Your account

You can play Act 1 without an account. To save progress across devices and purchase additional content, you may create an account or sign in with Google, Facebook, or Apple. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account.

Purchases and content

The Game offers optional in-app purchases (such as story chapters and language packs). Purchases unlock digital content tied to your account. Prices are shown before purchase and are processed by the app store or payment processor. Because digital content is delivered immediately, purchases are final except where a refund is required by the app store’s policy or by applicable law. Refund requests are handled through the store you bought from (Google Play, the Apple App Store, or Xsolla).

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, cheat, or gain unauthorized access to the Game or other users’ accounts, and do not use the Game for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

The Game, including its story, characters, art, and code, is owned by Gaming Box Studio and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to play the Game for your own entertainment. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Disclaimers and liability

The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gaming Box Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Privacy

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how it is used.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Game evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
